As your holistic health counselor, Pamela Russell really gets to know you— the whole You. Everything about your life influences your food choices. Your relationship with food is the most important, intimate and complex relationship in your life. Every swallow of food, every sip of drink influences the body on the most basic level, as every morsel is digested and enters the blood stream, where it either creates or destroys the many tiny cells that, all together, combine to make you uniquely You. Yet we all eat for reasons other than just physical nourishment. As your warm, welcoming and professional partner in health, Pam will get to know you thoroughly: What are your goals and dreams? What obstacles always seem to be in your way? What feeds you spiritually? How are your relationships? What is your exercise program? What is your metabolism? What is your blood type? All this and more must be considered when determining what is best for you to eat. For your free consultation, click here.

Personal Statement

Having over forty years of experience with adult learners in health, wellness, exercise, diet, and nutrition, I currently practice at The Harwich Health Center working closely with other professionals specializing in chiropractic, acupuncture and massage therapy. I enjoy getting to know people and helping them to know themselves better, set their own goals and achieve success, living a life of their dreams. While allowing clients to ascertain their own vision, I hold them accountable for their actions, which enables them to speed toward their fully-realized intention. I enjoy working with intelligent, motivated clients, many of whom juggle home, family and career. For your free consultation, click here.

My primary focus is weight loss and detoxification. I work with adults one-on-one and couples. I love working with couples. When both partners are on the same page together in the kitchen, they discover new levels of support and mutualism. I see them each individually and together once a month for six months. Together we build a strong exchange of information and when they come together they often hear each other in new ways. They learn about each other's goals and challenges. They learn to support each other and work as a team. I also work with mothers and daughters, especially college age daughters. I charge on a sliding scale to accommodate people where they are. It is my opinion that the food industry is irresponsibly getting people sick. It is my passion to educate people and motivate them to eat real whole food.
