In a nutshell, Holistic Health Counseling considers you as a whole person. Every aspect of your life has an impact on every other aspect. For example: understanding your eating habits, your ancestry, blood type, stress level, relationships, career, family life, spirituality, cravings, sleep patterns, and overall wellness, as well as any medical conditions would all be included in the initial assessment.
Pam offers a whole person approach to achieving and maintaining health with cutting edge nutritional information, education about increasing metabolism, how to grow, buy and cook whole foods for optimum health. We focus on lifestyle to promote real solutions for long term wellness.
When your diet changes, everything changes and we, as a team, will monitor the effect of these changes as you experiment with different foods and habits. Over the time period of your program we will establish habits and eating patterns that suit you as an individual and the result will be increased energy, confidence and wellness as a result of eating a well balanced diet along with exercise and quality sleep.
Every cell in your body is in communication with every other cell. Increasing awareness and honoring the miracle that is your body enables healing.
Health is a journey, not a destination. Our bodies are made to change constantly. What worked before may not be appropriate now. What works for someone else, may not work for you.
